Your ability to get this taken care of more than 10 days before any other facility would, has allowed us to start our healing process knowing it is taken care of, and her body was treated with dignity.

From the moment we walked in to plan my sisters services, Gina had helped us she was amazing and so caring and so thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my family at one of the worst times we had to deal with. She made the process easier to understand and she was the kindest most caring human. From the moment we walked in, Gina James showed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. She guided the Griego family through one of the hardest days of their lives with grace, patience, and a comforting presence that made all the difference.

Amanda Griego’s services were absolutely perfect. Gina ensured every detail reflected who Amanda was — from the elegant placement of flowers and décor to the thoughtful way Amanda’s favorite boots were displayed. Amanda looked beautiful, peaceful, and truly like herself.

One moment that will stay with us forever was during the closing of the service. Gina allowed Amanda’s young daughters an extra moment to speak from their hearts. Their words shook the entire room. Even Gina, who works so hard to remain neutral and strong for grieving families, stood beside those little girls with visible emotion. Her presence in that moment was powerful, human, and deeply appreciated.

Gina’s care, her attention to detail, and her ability to hold space for both heartbreak and love made this incredibly painful day a little more bearable.

We very recently lost our precious mom. We came to Noblin in Los Lunas to handle our mom’s arrangements. They were a God sent. Gina James is the kindest, most warm, caring person we have had the pleasure of working with. She goes beyond her job and becomes part of the family instantly. Gina is so compassionate through every single part of preparing our moms service. She was professional and is stellar at her job. Noblin has handled the services and care for several loved ones who have passed including my grandparents in 2015 and 2019, my uncle in 2021, and my dad in 2021. Each time, their service was exceptional, guiding us through the process of planning a funeral from obituaries, to urns, to viewing and services, to letting us know what we can do to make our father’s wishes happen to be buried in another town. Thank you for providing the professional care for our family during our most difficult times.

Matraesa was absolutely amazing in caring for the sudden passing of my father. She showed compassion & patience from beginning to end. I want to thank Robert Noblin and his team at Noblin Funeral Home in Belen. My family had just lost my grandfather. When my mother and I first came from Albuquerque to see Robert, unannounced, on a late Friday afternoon, not only did Robert sit down and stay with us well past 5, his words and demeanor were so comforting, uplifting, and soft. He answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of his facility, including the piano that my mother wanted to play to honor her father. Making the choice to go with the Noblin Funeral Home was an easy one and, more importantly, one that we are glad we made. Throughout the process, Robert would have things ready and provided things we would need before we even asked. Many times, there were items that he asked about that, in our grief, had not occurred to us but that made the awful process of a loved one’s final disposition go even better than we could expect. Robert and his team gave us the opportunity and privacy we wanted and needed to honor our loved one. When the unfortunate time comes to work with a funeral home, and it will come to all families at some point, I urge anyone reading this to choose Robert Noblin and his team at the Noblin Funeral Home.

I just finished viewing that and it is so amazing! Touched my heart deeply and gave me so many smiles and a sense of comfort knowing that he ay be gone but will never be forgotten. You did a beautiful and very touching tribute and I'm sure his family and friends are all grateful to you for all you did. Thank you so much!
