Robert Escolastico Baca

On June 27, 2022, our family unexpectedly lost an amazing man, Robert E. Baca of Belen, NM at the age of 64. He impacted many lives in one way or another with his kindness, generosity, skills, and stern teachings that will be carried on by all who knew and loved him. Throughout his life he held many titles; son, brother, uncle, supervisor, coach, and friend. But no titles were greater to him than Husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Pampo. To him, his family was his greatest accomplishment and what he was most proud of.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Juan and Elena Baca, brother Luciano Baca, sister Bernice Baca.
He is survived by his wife and soulmate of 36 years, Rosanne Baca, his loving daughters, Crystal-Lee, April (Charles M), and Katrina (Simon R), and not of blood but by love Bryan Koenig; Grandchildren, Lolah, Jayli, Mariah, Aliyanah, Landon, Leah-Rae, Mila, Caleb, Yarixa, and Jakayla; In-laws; Isidro and Rosemary Marquez, Bernice Jaramillo, Jason Brousseau and Annette Marquez, Mark Bibiano, Linda Ortiz (Abe), and Journey Marquez. Brothers and Sisters; Ramon (Marilyn), Juan (Maria), Phillip (Lilia), Estefana (Gary), Josefita (Ron), Joe (Melissa), Lori (Richard), Angela, Paul, Carmen, Brenda, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Baca, Bryan Koenig, Charles Montoya, Jason Brousseau, Abe Gomez, Simon Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers will be his godchildren, Erica Padilla, Bj Ortiz, Christian Marquez, Jacquelyn Brousseau, and Landon Baca.
All services will be held Wednesday, July 6th, 2022 at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church and Cemetery. Viewing 8:30 a.m., followed by rosary at 9:30 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m and burial following.
