Donald Edward Strait, age 72, a resident of Veguita, NM, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. He was a member of the Veguita Community since 2013. Donald was born November 12, 1950 in Vallejo, CA to Madeline Winifred Donadlson and Leonard Claude Strait. He worked hard throughout his life and enjoyed being with his family and friends. Donald is preceded in death by his wife, Susan; son, Paul; parents, Madeline and Leonard; and siblings, Claudia and David. He is survived by his four sisters, Susan Strait, Mary Dennen, Ellen Strait, and Jane Strait. Donald is also survived by many nephews and nieces. He will be laid to rest next to his wife, Susan, and son, Paul at the Carl Junction Cemetery in Carl Junction, Missouri. Services will be held privately.
